Who is responsible for your information?

Joanna Wawrzyniak, trading as ICON Safety Lab, is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website.

What information is collected?

If you use the contact form, ICON Safety Lab may collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number and the information you include in your message. Your name, email address and message are needed so that your enquiry can be understood and answered. The other fields are optional.

Further information may also be collected if you continue the conversation by email or become a client.

Why is it used?

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss the support you may need, provide a quotation and take steps towards providing services. The lawful bases normally relied upon are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract and ICON Safety Lab's legitimate interest in managing genuine business enquiries.

Your contact-form details are not added to a marketing list and are not sold.

Who receives it?

Contact-form submissions are processed by FormSubmit so that they can be delivered to ICON Safety Lab by email. Website, email and IT service providers may also process limited information where necessary to provide and secure their services.

Information may be shared with professional advisers or public authorities where reasonably necessary, or where required by law. You can read FormSubmit's privacy information.

How long is it kept?

Enquiries that do not become client work are normally deleted within 12 months of the last contact. If you become a client, relevant records may be kept for longer to meet contractual, tax, insurance and legal requirements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email joanna@iconsafetylab.co.uk.

You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

ICON Safety Lab does not currently use advertising or marketing cookies on this website. Essential technical or security features used by the website and its service providers may operate where necessary.
